Jason's pretty funny, so this my become a somewhat regular thing...
This morning, Jon was in the kitchen making his lunch, and up on the stool to get something from the top shelf. Jason comes running into the living room all excited:
"Jon's up high! He's-a gonna fall! He's a gonna get hurt!"
Now, this wasn't a scared sounding exited or a sad excited... it was happy excited. Corey and I were already laughing. Corey said "it sounds like you want Jon to fall!" I added, "are you happy about Jon falling?"
Jason looks over at me with this look of pure shock. "Mom, this is BAD NEWS!"
He's a hilarious 3-year-old. :D
Hi honey, your plans look great. You do not say how big your squares are. Remember squash, watermelon and cucumbers take a LOT of room. Be sure to thin to the strongest plants. Even though you are planting this late, if you protect them a bit from the extreme heat, they should do well because of your longer seasons. We bought about 10 tomato plants and planted 6 seads for acorn squash. They are not in the ground yet, still in pots. We sent for 4 of those hanging tomato planters that grow upside down. Thought we would try them. Anyway, I wish you success. Grandma C.
